Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include all original tags and documentation to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
